Complaints and returns

RETURNS
If you want to return the products, please do let us know by sending a return form filled out.
Send the form together with the returned order to: K&R Professional, ul. Reglowa 9, 60-111 Poznań or by e-mail to: kontakt@mamasfeet.pl
Returned goods cannot bear signs of use. Product should be complete, with the original packaging attached. Your payment, together with the cost of delivery, will be returned to the account number indicated in the return form, 14 days at the latest from receiving the filled out form by us.
return of the delivery fee is valid when the full order is being returned. Covering the cost of returning teh order to our store is on buyer's side.

COMPLAINTS We try very so that all of our products are faultless.
However, if the purchased products do not meet your expectations, you can place a complaint.
To do so, please print out and fill the complaint form.
Please send the filled out form together with the product you wish to place the complaint about to: K&R Professional, ul. Rakoniewicka 10, 60-111 Poznań. Your complaint will be looked into during 14 days and we will get back to you either by email or phone regarding possible solutions.
If the complaint is well founded, we will exchange the product for another, faultless one ot we will remove the fault.
